Results in 30 Days or Full Refund Guarantee

This policy explains the conditions under which you may be eligible for a full refund of your Markiga subscription if results are not achieved within 30 days.
1. Guarantee Overview
- Markiga offers a Results in 30 Days or Full Refund Guarantee for new customers.
- If you actively use Markiga as intended during your first paid subscription period and do not achieve meaningful advertising results, you may request a full refund of your subscription fee.
Important:
- This guarantee applies only to the Markiga subscription fee.
- Advertising spend is non-refundable under any circumstances.
2. Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a refund under this policy, all of the following conditions must be met:
2.1 Subscription
- Applies only to the first paid subscription month
- Available one time per customer or business
- Only valid for new Markiga customers
2.2 Campaign Creation & Setup
- At least one campaign must be created, published, and managed through Markiga
- Campaigns created outside of Markiga are not eligible
- The campaign must remain active and unchanged outside of Markiga during the evaluation period
2.3 Campaign Runtime & Budget
- The campaign must run continuously for 30 days
- Minimum advertising budget of $10 per day
2.4 Use of Markiga Features
- The campaign must be improved every time the "Ad Improve" feature becomes available
- Markiga recommendations must be applied and not ignored
- Failure to apply available improvements disqualifies the campaign from this guarantee.
2.5 Supported Platforms
The guarantee applies to all advertising platforms supported by Markiga at the time the campaign is run
2.6 Tracking & Store Functionality
To ensure accurate evaluation:
- Conversion tracking (pixel / events) must be installed and functioning correctly
- Checkout must be operational
- Products must be available for purchase and delivery
Markiga is not responsible for performance impacted by technical issues outside the platform.
3. What Counts as "Results"
Results are assessed holistically and may include:
- Sales or conversions
- Measurable improvements in key advertising metrics, including but not limited to:
- CTR
- CPC
- CPA
- ROAS
This guarantee does not promise profitability, only measurable advertising effectiveness.
4. When the Guarantee Does Not Apply
Refunds will not be issued if:
- The campaign is stopped early
- The minimum budget requirement is not met
- The campaign is modified outside of Markiga
- "Ad Improve" recommendations are not applied
- Tracking or store functionality issues affect performance
- The customer has previously used Markiga
- There is misuse, abuse, or non-commercial usage
5. Refund Request Process
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days after the 30-day campaign period ends
- Requests must be made by contacting Markiga support
- All refund requests are manually reviewed
- If approved:
- A full refund of the Markiga subscription fee will be issued
- Advertising spend remains non-refundable
- The account may be closed following the refund
6. Fair Use & Final Decision
- This policy is intended to be fair and transparent.
- Markiga reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the conditions outlined above. All refund decisions are final.
