  3. Click "Delete Account" at the bottom of the page
  4. Confirm your decision by entering your password
  5. Your account and data will be permanently deleted within 30 days

3.2 Specific Data Deletion

To delete specific types of data while keeping your account active, contact us at:

  • Include: Your account email and specific data you want deleted

4. What Data We Delete

When you request data deletion, we will remove:

  • Connected platform data (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)

  • Delete any campaigns or ads created through our platform
  • Contact the platform directly for their data deletion process

8. Consequences of Data Deletion

Please note that deleting your data will result in:

  • Permanent loss of your account and all associated data
  • Inability to recover campaigns, analytics, or historical data
  • Termination of any active subscriptions
  • Loss of access to our platform and services

9. Data Portability

Before requesting deletion, you may want to export your data. Contact us at privacy@markiga.com to request a copy of your personal data in a portable format.

10. Verification Process

To protect your privacy, we verify all deletion requests by:

  • Confirming your identity through your registered email
  • Requiring password confirmation for account deletions
